Joshua Jamerson, Jr.
Lead Pastor
Pastor Joshua, a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, grew up in Buffalo, New York and his wife Shatiqua was born and raised in Columbia, Tennessee. In 2009 Joshua moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he and Shatiqua met. Both being raised in the church and pk's (pastor's kids), they are no strangers to ministry life. Joshua has over 25 years of church experience directing and leading worship, pastoring youth, and serving in various leadership roles in the church including an elder. Having a heart for worship and music, Joshua has traveled across the world singing background vocals for many Gospel and Christian music artists.
In 2017, after years of ignoring the call to pastor, Joshua said yes to God and the heart for Crossland was birthed. Crossland's mission is “to meet people where they are, encounter God and encourage a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ.” Pastor Joshua's desire is to create a safe place for people to find authentic community, be equipped, and to make disciples of Jesus Christ.
